Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Please allow additional processing time during major sales or holiday periods.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We partner with leading global carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, the package weight, and the shipping method you select.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress directly on the carrier's website.
