Shipping Policy
QK Running provides worldwide standard shipping service all over the world.
We usually will ship your orders once upon your order is confirmed. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international area & destinations.
The shipping costs will be calculated based on the shipping options you choose. We use Fedex, DHL and UPS delivery methods for international shipping. All orders can be tracked through the delivery networks. As usual, No customs or import duties are charged during the order reaches its destination country.
Order Processing Time
We typically process your orders within 1-2 business days. In the event of high order volumes, there might be a slight delay.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping: We provide free shipping service on orders over $50
For orders below $50 USD, shipping fees will be charged and calculated based on shipping areas.

Once your order has been shipped out, an email on Shipment Confirmation will be sent to you with your tracking number(s).
Additional Information:
We process and ship orders during normal business days, excluding Federal holidays. Keep in mind that during holidays and peak periods, orders might experience slightly longer processing and delivery times.
Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to PO Boxes, military or protected areas, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).
