Product Condition Requirements:

The product has not been worn, used, washed, or damaged.

The product is in its original packaging (e.g., box, polybag) and in like-new condition.

All original tags and labels are attached and intact.

All parts of the product are included (e.g., accesories or gifts of the product).
Non-returnable items:
- Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked Final Sale / Clearance (unless defective)
Items that do not meet these conditions upon receipt will not be accepted for return or refund, and will be sent back to the customer.
How to Initiate a Return:
Please contact our customer service team support@qkruinning.com within the 30-day period to initiate a return or exchange procedure. Our customer service will provide you with the nearest return address based on your order details within 48 hours.
NOTE: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

Refund posting time depends on your payment provider/bank:
- Credit cards may take 3–15 business days to post
- PayPal may take 1–3 business days to post
- Klarna/Afterpay refunds are processed through the provider and may follow their timelines
There is no service charge for issuing a refund.
Warranty for Quality-Related Issues
QK Running stands behind the quality of our products. All products come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of receipt.
What This Warranty Covers:
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. A product is deemed non-conforming if it fails to meet any of the following standards:

It matches the description and specifications provided on our website.

It is fit for the ordinary purposes for which products of this type are used.

It possesses the quality and performance that a consumer can reasonably expect for a product of this nature.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

Normal wear and tear.

Improper use, care, accident, or neglect.

Damage caused during shipping (please inspect your order upon arrival).

Decreased functionality due to the natural limitations of the materials.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team support@qkruinning.com within the warranty period.
Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the defect. Upon validation of your claim, we will promptly arrange and pay for the return shipping of the product to our warehouse.
Our Resolution Commitment:
For any valid warranty claim, QK Running will, at our sole discretion, either repair the defective product, replace it with a new or refurbished unit, or issue a refund. All resolutions will be provided free of charge to the customer.
