關於實名認證 / About Authentication
- 法規要求：根據台灣財政部關務署規定，所有進口至台灣的快遞包裹均須經發貨人、收貨人實名認證。
- 確保收貨：未完成實名認證的包裹將無法通過海關查驗，並可能導致包裹被退運或產生額外費用。
- 保護權益：實名認證能防止您的個人身分遭冒用申報，確保您的跨境購物安全。
- Regulatory Compliance: According to the Taiwan Customs Administration, all imported express parcels must undergo real-name authentication by both the sender and the recipient.
- Ensure Delivery: Parcels without authentication will be held by customs, leading to potential returns or additional storage fees.
- Security: This process prevents your identity from being misused and ensures the safety of your cross-border transactions.
操作步驟 / How to Register
- 下載 App：於手機 App Store 或 Google Play 搜尋並下載 「EZ WAY 易利委」。
- 註冊認證：開啟 App 點選「會員註冊」，輸入手機號碼進行電信認證或上傳身分證照片完成註冊。
- 確認委任：包裹抵台後，您會收到 App 推播通知。請進入 App 點選「海關實名委任」，核對資訊無誤後點擊「申報相符」。
- Download App: Search for "EZ WAY" on the App Store or Google Play and install it.
- Register: Open the app, select "Member Registration," and complete identity verification via mobile carrier or by uploading your ID card photo.
- Confirm Declaration: When your package arrives in Taiwan, you will receive a push notification. Open the app, select "Real-name Authorization," and tap "Confirm" after verifying the shipment details.
海關規定須知 / Customs Regulations
- 資訊一致性：下單時填寫的收件人姓名與手機號碼，必須與 EZ WAY 註冊資訊完全一致，否則海關系統將無法比對成功。
- 身分證明：若為首次使用跨境購物，請務必於下單當天檢查認證狀態，以免延誤物流時效。
- 免稅額度：台灣海關規定每人每半年有 6 次免稅額度（單次價值新台幣 2,000 元以下），超過次數或金額將依法課徵進口稅費。
- Data Matching: The Recipient Name and Phone Number provided at checkout must match your EZ WAY account exactly. Discrepancies will result in customs rejection.
- First-time Users: If this is your first international purchase, please check your authentication status on the day of ordering to prevent shipment delays.
- Duty-Free Allowance: Each person is entitled to 6 duty-free shipments (under NT$2,000 each) every half-year. Exceeding this limit will incur import taxes according to Taiwan law.
